In order to support local and regional efforts to foster gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. GLOBSEC has joined forces with Slovak media outlet Ženy v Meste and their unique database of women professionals – Ženy Inak – to amplify absent female voices in Slovakia. The aim is to change the societal narrative which disadvantages women when pursuing relevant career paths and to, contrarily, allow women to speak up.
