Zofia Lutkiewicz is the Vice-President of the Political Accountability Foundation, a Warsaw-based NGO focused on fostering civic engagement through election observation. She is also a Programme Officer at the Stefan Batory Foundation's Belarus programme where she coordinates a grant-making programme aimed at supporting civil society and independent media in Belarus. Prior to that she interned at the European External Action Service's Russia Division, at the Open Society Foundation's Eurasia Programme and at the Polish Embassy in Moscow. She holds an MA in French, Russian Studies and European Union Studies from the University of Edinburgh and an Advanced MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe.
