Tamta Lomtadze is an International Relations Specialist with professional experience in International Relations/Affairs and European Integration, acquired at leading Georgian think-tanks and civil service. Her most recent work capacity was – Research Fellow at Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, while previously she coordinated international relations of the State Inspector’s Service (formerly Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia) – comprising experience in privacy and data protection – related projects. Her main research areas are – recent developments in International Relations / Foreign Policy, EU external relations and EaP. Currently, her research extends to study the impact of technologies, digital developments and privacy frameworks on IR. Tamta Lomtadze is an alumna of University of Glasgow, MSc International Relations and the recipient of the UK’s Chevening Scholarship. She holds MA in Diplomacy and International Politics and BA in International Relations both from Tbilisi State University, with an exchange semester at Vilnius University, TSPMI. She has completed the course in National Security and Public Policy at Rondeli Foundation, as well as Warsaw Euro-Atlantic Summer Academy (WEASA) at College of Europe in Natolin.
