Natalia joined CBRE in January 2019 and is now the Director of Client Strategy for CBRE. She advises the board on sales management practices, internal processes and strategy. In addition, she has responsibility for departments covering, research, client centre, sales force and office agency. Before joining CBRE Natalia launched B2 Consulting in 2007 with the main focus on consultancy work for the Financial Sector. Natalia successfully implemented projects with leading companies such as VUB banka, Slovenska sporitelna, Postova banka, Raiffeisen banka. Never one to pass on a sound business opportunity, Natalia launched a number of start-ups which further added to her business experience. She started her career at Tatra banka and moved from the position of personal banker to trainer and coach, to leading a team covering the sales support for the whole retail network. Later on she was promoted to Head of Quality Division running three Departments. She built and launched the quality strategy including branch staff education and training, Certification, mystery shopping, quality management and customer complaints.
