Anda Bologa is a legal advisor specialized in data privacy, cybersecurity, and the regulatory framework of cyberspace. She is an affiliated expert with the Romanian think tank Europuls and she has extensively researched the topics at the nexus between law and the new technologies. Additionally, Anda is a research analyst for cybersecurity and future emerging technologies at the Centre for Youth and International Studies, a Brussels based think tank. Anda holds an LL.M in International Arbitration from Bucharest University and a MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe. She gained professional experience while working in the public and private sectors for, among others, the Romanian Senate, the Romanian Permanent Mission to the United Nations, the European Commission, and several law firms. In 2021-2022 Anda received the Fulbright scholarship to pursue an LLM in Law and Technology in the United States.
